1603639 B.C. LTD. (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in British Columbia, Canada. We build and maintain software and systems for businesses.
This policy explains what personal information we collect through rtlstudio.ca, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
We handle personal information in accordance with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

When you fill in our contact form or book a call, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name, if you provide it
- Anything you write in the message field
- The date and time of a meeting you book
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we collect standard analytics data:
- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- Approximate location, at city level, derived from your IP address
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- The website or search that brought you here
We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.
Why we collect it
We use your information to:
- Respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible project
- Schedule and hold meetings you request
- Understand how our website is used so we can improve it
- Meet our legal and record-keeping obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Consent
By submitting our contact form or booking a meeting, you consent to us using your information for the purposes described above.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing privacy@rtlstudio.ca. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer respond to your inquiry or continue a project. Withdrawal does not apply retroactively to processing already carried out.

We use third-party services to run our website and business. These providers process information on our behalf and are bound to protect it.

How long we keep it

Security
We protect personal information with measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and limiting internal access to people who need it. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Under BC PIPA, you may:

- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Withdraw consent to our use of your information
- Ask how your information has been used and to whom it has been disclosed
Email privacy@rtlstudio.ca to make a request. We will respond within 30 business days. We may ask you to verify your identity first. In limited cases the law allows or requires us to refuse a request — if that happens, we will tell you why.
